Terms of Service

FlagRental.ca Policies and Terms

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlagRental.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Rental Services

We provide flag and flagpole rental, installation, and removal services. All rentals are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your invoice or rental agreement.

4. Damage and Liability

The renter assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment from the time of installation until removal. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment will be charged to the renter at the full replacement cost. We are not liable for any property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of our equipment.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
